The agreement between you and us when you use eSync.
eSync, operated by The Apps Galore ("we", "us"), synchronizes retail data between your point-of-sale platform and eSync, and provides analytics, reporting, SKU mapping, purchasing and billing tools on top of that data. By using eSync you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Accounts are provisioned per company workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you grant them, and everything done under your users' credentials. Keep passwords confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The business data eSync imports (sales, products, customers, inventory, invoices) is yours. You grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the service. We make no other claim to it. You are responsible for having the right to connect the data sources you connect.
Paid features are billed per enrolled store, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you enroll. When you enroll a store you will be shown the subscription terms in force and asked to consent; that consent (and its version) is recorded. Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy, which forms part of these terms.
eSync depends on third-party platforms it connects to: your POS provider's APIs, and our payment providers (Paddle and Stripe) for subscriptions. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs, though we work to adapt promptly when they change.
We work to keep eSync available and your data flowing continuously, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can affect synchronization; the service is designed to catch up automatically afterwards.
eSync is a tool that mirrors and analyzes your business data; your POS platform and accounting records remain the systems of record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
You can stop using the service and cancel subscriptions at any time as described in the Refund & Billing Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account owners by email. Where a change affects the terms you consented to when enrolling stores, you'll be asked to re-consent inside the app.
