How billing works, and what happens when you cancel.
eSync is billed per enrolled store, monthly or annually, at the rate agreed when your stores are set up (base pricing is on the pricing page). You pay only for the stores you enroll, and you can enroll or remove stores as your business changes.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, through the manage-subscription link on your payment receipts, or by asking your account manager. A pending enrollment that hasn't been paid yet can simply be withdrawn.
When you cancel, your stores stay enrolled and the service keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing renews after that, and there are no cancellation fees.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If a card payment fails, our payment provider retries it and prompts you to update your payment details. If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, we'll remind you before restricting access; access is restored as soon as the balance is settled. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
If prices change, the change applies from your next billing period, never retroactively to time you've already paid for. We'll give you notice before a price change takes effect on your account.
Anything unclear about a charge or an invoice, write to info@theappsgalore.com and a real person will read it.
